Basketball Operations Coordinator 

Mass Elite Basketball is currently interviewing applicants for Basketball Operations Coordinator. This is a "Part Time" position who will report directly to the Club President/CEO and Executive Directors of Basketball Operations. The candidate should have coaching and playing experience.

  • Coordinate uniform collection/ordering with new and returning families.
  • Coordinate apparel ordering with new and returning families.
  • Coaching 2-3 teams per Spring and Fall AAU season.
  • Assist Executive Directors of Basketball Operations with all Spring/Fall tryouts.
  • Coordinate CORI/Background checks with all new members of coaching staff.
  • Ensure that all student-athletes are registered through the Amateur Athletic Union.

Must have coaching and playing experience.

Must have a valid drivers license. 

Administrative Experience is Preferred 

Bachelors Degree is Preferred

Strategic Partnership and Marketing Coordinator 

The Marketing and Strategic Partnership Coordinator reports directly to Executive Director of Basketball Operations. The Coordinator of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for managing the execution of strategic partnership programs as well as helping to scout, pitch and secure sponsorship revenue.

  • Identify, pitch, and secure new partners for Mass Elite

  • Develop strategies for new sponsorships, events, and marketing initiatives.

  • Liaise with local business owners, sport organizations and potential volunteers.

  • Manage on-site visibility at all club operated events.

  • Manage publicity needs to promote sponsorships, new business contracts and marketing efforts.

  • Secure partners for Mass Elite-owned events throughout the year including all hosted tournaments.

  • Support all efforts to meet sponsorship goals set by executive management team.

  • Provide sponsorship content / images for communications to customers & staff.

  • Assess and plan new events and event brand development.

Must have general computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs. Must be a creative, innovative thinker with ability to translate analysis and ideas into actionable strategy. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Must be self–motivated with demonstrated ability to manage marketing plans and build sponsor/partner relationships. Must be creative and personable.

Video Production Coordinator 

The Video Production Coordinator reports directly to our HS Boys/Girls AAU Directors. The position entails filming weekend High School Showcase tournaments, filming at Winter HS games and assisting in the editing/production of player highlight videos. 

  • Travels and with top college exposure teams - Boys/Girls at the 9th, 10th and 11th grade levels filming full games at weekend showcase tournaments. 
  • Films student-athletes High School games during the week, on average 2-4 games per week must be filmed. 
  • Assist as needed in editing process of team/player highlight videos. 
  • Assist in production of promotional videos as needed. 


Must have video editing experience. 

Must have access to camera and computer editing tools. 

Past playing experience is recommended but not required. 

College Courses in video production are recommended. 

Must have a valid drivers license.

Spring AAU Coaches 

  • Coaches 1-2 Spring AAU teams at 7-8 weekend tournaments running from Late March till Early June. Helps to conduct tryouts in January/February and runs weekly team practices.
  • Performs administrative duties such as tournament schedule release, parent correspondence and other duties as assigned. Position is a paid coaching stipend role.

Must have playing and relevant coaching experience. 
Must have a valid drivers license. 
High School Diploma Required.
